We started Ianuzzi Research in Pittsburgh, PA to push back.
This isn’t a startup in the trendy sense. We’re not chasing valuation. We’re not looking for growth at all costs. What we’re building is a resilient, thoughtful company: a place where talented people can do the best work of their lives in an environment that respects their time, their minds, and their dignity.
Our work spans multiple disciplines—embedded systems, applied AI, control systems, electromechanical design—but our guiding principle is focus: understand the problem, apply deep expertise, and build something that lasts. We believe the best solutions come from people who aren’t overworked, undermined, or constantly interrupted—but from those who are trusted, mentored, and proud of their craft.
